Brand Velocity Group Sports 

Private equity. Provide strategic input and sourcing for current and future opportunities in the sports and sports adjacent industry. Develop suggestions for strategies and actions for BVGS portfolio companies. Identify resources and relationships to improve the BVGS brand and platform. Work with portfolio companies to maximize revenue and marketing opportunity.

NBTV Channels is a premium shopping streaming platform that seamlessly combines video +e-commerce+ home delivery. NBTV’s flagship brand; Spirits Network, launched in 2019 has already created over 100 original series that have generated over 100 million minutes of viewing and more than 1.5 billion impressions. Our passionate consumers have spoken by spending an average of 14 minutes per session with our content and making seamless purchases averaging $250 per cart directly from the platform and delivered Ito them 48 States.  The success of Spirits Network (EBITDA positive) has set the stage for the launch of two new brands in 2022: Golf Nation and The Higher Life ( CBD/Cannabis Lifestyle Channel) and the development of a Pets related channel.

Strategic Advisor and Investor 2019 – present

  • Worked with founder and CEO on fund raising, distribution and partnership strategies.

  • Introduced 7 investors to the successful Series A raise of $10 million.

  • Worked on the development of Golf Nation positioning, program acquisition and production strategy. Identified and cultivated sponsor prospects.

  • Served as consultant identifying and hiring new sponsorship and revenue generator for both Spirits Network and Golf Nation.  

  • Facilitated introductions to marketers and potential media vendor partners.

Blue Wire is a vertically integrated media publisher, the company has adopted a four-pronged approach to growth built on creative strategy, production, distribution, and monetization. Blue Wire offers a variety of content types and formats, including social, video, narrative and conversational, across over 170 podcasts from over 75 blue-checkmark podcasters reaching 50 markets. Blue Wire has built cross-channel franchises by connecting with media personalities, tastemakers, athletes, and influencers to fill in the gaps left by legacy media.

  • Introduced by seed capital to the CEO and worked directly with him and executive management team to identify, cultivate and structure production and advertising partner revenue relationships. 

  • Facilitated introductions to key media owners and advertising agencies.

The Company’s technology allows for brand integration to be an affordable, scalable ad unit running in multiple pieces of content.
